*Seats for the concert will be drawn for each reserved group at the hall reception desk on the day of the concert.
*Concert tickets cannot be cancelled after they have been reserved.
*Preschool children are not allowed to enter the concert hall.
There is a limit to the number of tickets available for the “Concert Ticket Only” and “Concert Ticket & Accommodation Plan”. Either one may sell out first.
Electronic tickets are not available at Ticket Pia.
